Why should I hire you?

Hi All, Suppose you apply for a testing job. Your profile gets shortlisted and you get an interview call. 🤩Isn’t that a great feeling? We feel as if we won the half marathon. This is good to stay motivated but we have a long way to grab that offer letter. So, buckle up, and let’s find out what the answer entails.
Are you ready to face the job interview? Have you prepared yourself fully for the interview-questions which you might think interviewer will ask you?
Let me explain one of the important interview questions in software testing which can either make or break the situation.

My answer: (Mukta Sharma)
1. I have gone through the job requirements and job responsibilities carefully which made me believe that my profile suits you.
2. I have also analyzed the tech stack that you have. I have worked on those tools/tech and looking forward to learning and explore the rest of them. (Research& Speak). This will show flexibility which is good for your career.
3. I have worked as a team member, solo QA&Lead tester so depending upon the requirements, I can be fit into the required place. (Tweak as per the requirement and give some examples from your past experience).
4. Somewhere I find my vision & company vision are aligned with each other which will eventually be useful for both of us.
(Be honest)
5. I am very excited for this opportunity and I aspire to contribute some value from my side in the company or whichever project I “ll work upon.
6. In the last, as discussed with you earlier, I see many opportunities here which will be good for my career growth.
