Team Activities to Better Understand Your Customers and Team

As a software tester working on a software project, how will you understand your customer? This question might have crossed your mind many times. If you have not had figured it out yet then let me tell you, my friend, it is not an easy task. However, we can try to make it uncomplicated for you by diving the process into smaller chunks.

It takes time, patience, knowledge, experience, a deeper level of understanding, and insights to understand a customer.

What I could understand on this subject is —

“To understand our customers better, first, we need to imagine ourselves in their place”.

continued by asking some of the questions as follows:

1. Does it fulfill the requirements?

2. Does it meet the quality standards?

3. Does it fall under the budget and the valuable time factor?

4. Does it look easy or complex?

5. Will it be beneficial in the future?
