“QA Essentials: Sprint Transition in Agile SCRUM — From 10th to 11th Sprint #QABestPractices”
Somebody asked me this question on my youtube channel. If you dont know, my channel name is TestingInsights- Mukta Sharma. In the end of this article, i will provide my you tube channel link. Now, lets talk about the question here.
As an SDET working in an Agile Scrum framework, before the 11th sprint begins, your role will involve several key activities to ensure the quality of the product and preparing for the next iteration/sprint cycle.
One of the main task which you will be conducting is a : Sprint Retrospective analysis ( which is held in the end of a sprint) to evaluate the effectiveness of the previous sprint and identify areas for improvement. You can drop in comment, if you want me to share my experience on Sprint Retrospective meetings.
For example:
After the 10th sprint, you might review the test coverage and bug reports to see if there were any recurring issues that could be addressed through better test automation or enhanced test data management. You as an SDET or with senior developers in your team can do peer coding and work on those data points/testscripts. You can always ask for guidance, if you have any friends cum colleagues in the team.
